What's jumirr?

Jumirr is your ultimate gateway to the world of fashion! Jumirr isn't just an app, it's a community. Our app is designed with a passion for fashion, making it easier than ever to recreate outfits, discover new styles, and connect with fashion enthusiasts around the world. With Jumirr, you can easily find your desired products and enjoy a seamless purchasing experience. But that's not all! Jumirr is also a platform for you to showcase your own fashion flair. Create, connect, and post your fashion fits, and become a part of our vibrant, fashion-forward community. But i like to call jumirr like a family of people who enjoy fashion and art.

How did it all started?

1st December 2023

Our first launch was on 1st December but jumirr has been in work for a long time. About a year and a half before that, i told my friend Amin about an idea that i have for a fashion app. I've been trying to get into fashion but i didn't want to do it alone, at the time i was working on a fitness app. Amin sent me a Tiktok about a fashion page called Aestlive, i didn't like the website but i really loved the idea, i just commented on the video.

The same day, i started to talk to Julian Clemens, CEO and founder of Jumirr, we got on a call and talked almost till 12 pm about our ideas. I was busy with school and a fitness startup i was working on at the time so i told him i can start building the app in my free time. This man is really inspirational and it was really motivating to see his work ethics. He would wake up everyday at 5 AM to upload videos everyday, he went from 1000 followers to 30K in couples of months (we are at 80K at this time of me writing this article). That was when i knew i found someone special.

Summer - 1st December 2023:

During summer i was building up the foundations for jumirr even during vacations, i even spent time building a background remover with a AI and tried to create an api for it but it turned out to be very expensive so we moved on. We were aiming to launch on 1st December so i spent everyday fixing every problem and finished the first version of Jumirr. We tested with our beta testers and fixed problems before launching on Appstore. I prayed a lot that everything would go right and i can't tell you enough everyone loved the app. From that day we have been building up jumirr and growing our family at jumirr and the community is at 32K people.(13/08/2024).

July update: Jumirr 3.0.0!

Here's what we've been cooking for the new update!

• We have made the sign up experience a lot easier

• Logged out version of jumirr to view the outfits created by jumirr.

• You get low ratings? Don't know why? well now you should cause we will force the user to give you a feedback if they don't like your fit.

• You want to see a list of your ratings? simply view your profile and tap view ratings!

• View any profile by just tapping their name. View their ratings to get a look at their taste and follow them if you wish

• Notification system has changed!

• New brands will be added

• View a list of your ratings in your profile page.

• View your fit picture easier when posting

Our community:

What makes us different is that we are a family, we don't treat our supporters like "users", jumirr is a big family of fashion. We have Group chats and anyone can join and chat with with everyone that share the same mindset. If you like to join the group chats, use this link: Whatsapp group chat. Everyone is openly invited to share their ideas for the apps. On the app, people can suggest clothes pieces and we will search for that item and once it's accepted, they will be credited on the post. So if you love fashion and like to be around people who like fashion then join us and let's build the strongest fashion community ever.

The future of jumirr!

We want to change the fashion scene for the better. Fashion not only allows people to express themselves better but in my opinion it brings a light to the city. Here at jumirr we want to shift the culture of consumerism and bring reliable fashion to the light of the world. We have exciting projects that will be built as time goes on and we grow bigger. We are even thinking of the idea of starting our own clothing line, that's something we are really excited about.

Collaborators:

We are currently in research of small brands that want to be seen by our audience and need a platform to shine. We are open to all collaborations, don't hesitate to contact us, it won't be too hard to find us. Our goal is to create the biggest collection of creative small brands. Why do it alone when you can do it with same minded people and create something beautiful!

We are also searching for app developers that want to help me through the development of jumirr, if you're familiar with flutter and want to collaborate on jumirr then let us know!

Our love for music:

Personally, music is a big part of my life. The love i have for music is beyond anything, i would even go as far of saying that without music i wouldn't be able to work as much as i do. So here at jumirr we support artists and musicians, if you're an underground artist send us your music at notlikeamir on Instagram and we'll see what we can do from there!
